  • > Defective Deliverables: In the rare event that the final product contains significant defects that cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, a partial refund may be offered.

  • > Consultation Fees: Any fees paid for initial consultations or strategy sessions are non-refundable.

  • > Completed Projects: Once a project has been completed and delivered, refunds are not available.

> Review & Response: Our team will review your request and respond within 7 business days, outlining whether you are eligible for a refund and the amount to be refunded, If applicable.


5. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
